Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the appliance in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
